The presence of any foreclosures, administrative stop or encumbrances is indicated in the PRA certificate.
If the document is not already published on the lot page, you can request information from the contact person indicated on the auction page.
The cost of removing encumbrances are borne by the buyer. If Effe Agency is entrusted with this task, you will find the costs indicated in the Price List .
