What is an asynchronous/DM25 auction?

This is an online auction conducted through an asynchronous sales procedure under art. 25 D.M. 32/2015. It always takes place in a single mode, meaning it is not possible to purchase all lots together in bulk. 

For each lot, you can choose to:

• Participate in the auction for the lot: To participate in the bidding, you must submit and provide a deposit for the initial bid for each individual lot of interest. Once you receive the validation code, you can make bids during the online phase. 
   
• Attend the sale as an observer: You can attend the sale as an observer, seeing the bids of other users during the online auction, but if you register with this option, you will not be able to make bids. Please note that the auction progress will only be visible to users validated through a specific code.
