I'm having trouble viewing during the auction
If you have issues with viewing the auction page and encounter the "connection error" message, you might find yourself in one of these situations:

- Multiple login:
If you are logged in from multiple devices, please remember that you can only place bids from the last connected device. For security reason, log out from all devices and connect with only one device at a time.
