VAT is applied according to Italian tax legislation in force at the time of payment.

We will ask you to pay VAT as Export Deposit. The deposit will be refunded once the export is completed. The export must be completed within 90 days from the date of pickup (as indicated on Delivery Note) and must be demonstrated by sending the customs bill (DAE) containing the Movement Reference Number (MRN) code.
For companies or self-employed individuals within the EEA:
You will pay VAT if the conditions for registration in VIES are not met. In both cases, you will be required to send the signed and faxed transport CMR from a foreign number.
