The SRs are additional costs applied in the case of winning the bid and represent the expenses for the staff responsible for managing the lot.
They include the costs of all operations already carried out and to be carried out on the lot, necessary for publication, inspections and eventual withdrawal.
In the case of registered movable property you will also have to add the costs for vehicle paperwork; if these are entrusted to an affiliated agency. You can find the price list in the documentation.
Please note, for two-phase auctions, the cost of the SR to be paid is indicated on the auction page and is the result of half the sum of all the SR of the single lots contained in the auction.
In any case, always refer to the instructions provided on the auction page, which contains the instructions relating to participation in block.
