When can I pickup the items I have purchased?
To arrange for pickup, you need to receive confirmation of your payment from the Procedure/seller, as well as authorization for delivery of the items. Subsequently, the auction contact person will contact you via email to organize the timing and methods of pickup.
If the asset is registered with the PRA (Public Automotive Registry) you will have to wait for the completion of the vehicle-related procedures (change of ownership, encumbrances, etc.) before being authorized to collect it.
Please note that when the items come from an Insolvency Procedure the time may be longer compared to a standard commercial transaction between individuals. However pickup deadlines are specified in The Specific Sales Conditions.
