Why can't I log in to my account?

Incorrect password: To set a new password click on "login", then on "forgot password" and follow the instructions to set a new password that we will send you via email.
- Banned profile : If you have been banned due to unresolved issues, send a request to info@industrialdiscount.com to ask for the reinstatement of your account.
