When is the deposit refunded?

If you are the winning bidder of the auction, the deposit will be refunded to you within 7 working days from the receipt of payment confirmation by the Procedure/Seller, or as specified in the sales conditions, once you have collected the items. You will receive a confirmation email upon refund.
If you are not the winning bidder of the asset, the deposit will be refunded to you within 7 working days from the auction's closing. You will receive a confirmation email upon refund.
However, some auctions may have different refund timelines, always check the sales conditions."
