I received an email notification that bail was temporarily held, why?

Banca Sella holds the deposoted amount for no more than 25 days.

In order to authorize the release of the deposit, Industrial Discount needs to receive payment confirmations from the procedure/seller. If such confirmation has not been received within this period, Industrial Discount will retain the amount as a precautionary measure.

When we receive confirmation of credited payment, the full amount will be returned directly to the card. You will receive confirmation via email of the refund.
