Can I make an offer lower than the starting price?

It is not possible to place bids lower than the starting price, unless the minimum bid is specified.
In this case you can enter a value equal to the minimum bid itself.
If the auction is closed, you can still make your offer by sending an email to info@industrialdiscount.com.
