Make sure you are logged in.   

If you still see the PAY DEPOSIT button it means that the payment processes has not be successful. 

  • If you paid by bank transfer , remember that it may around 48 working hours for the payment to be credited. If more than 3 days have passed since the deposit was made you still see the PAY DEPOSIT button, please contact our support team. Also check the specific sale conditions to see if specific documentation was required.   
     
  • If you paid by credit card , verified that the transaction was successful and that you have received notification of successful operation from Banca Sella. If the transaction is successful, you will be automatically enabled immediately. If you still haven't receive the notification of successful operation and you have also checked the availability of the card then please contact our support team.
